wester.live is a small project run by one person. It helps you find, track and watch anime, but it doesn’t host, upload or store any video files. Playback is embedded from third-party providers that wester.live doesn’t own and isn’t affiliated with.

Titles, artwork and characters belong to their owners. wester.live is just a fan-made place to browse them.

Own something that’s listed here and don’t want it to be? Tell us what it is and where you saw it on wester.live, and we’ll take a look and remove it if it’s yours.

Keep it simple: send the links, say who you are, and point us to the original. If it’s a real mistake or a bad claim, we’ll talk it through. People who keep breaking the rules can lose access to their account.

wester.live keeps things light. We use basic visit stats (which pages get opened, roughly what device and country) to see what’s working and fix problems.

If you make an account, your list, watch history, settings and chat activity are saved so they sync across your devices. If you don’t, that stuff stays in your own browser. You can change or clear it from Settings any time.

Ads on the site come from a third-party network, which may use its own cookies. We don’t control those, and there’s an ad-free option in the app.

You’re responsible for making sure that watching online is okay where you live. Be kind in chat, don’t spam, and respect other people’s work and copyright.

We’d suggest a VPN for extra privacy, and we don’t recommend downloading anything.
